With our Managed Services solution, we’ll do that on your behalf. Your server will be added to the custom–made server monitoring software system and each time there is a sign of a problem, our sysadmins will be notified automatically.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a VPS Plan definitely isn’t the easiest job in the world. You will either have to use a different server or your home computer, or assign a 3rd–party software. Our company offers a considerably simpler and easier solution with our Managed Services deal. We will create a complete backup copy of your Virtual Private Server once a week, so you never have to be worried about losing vital information. Plus, we can always recover a backup copy very quickly. All backups we make are held on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Plan, you have total freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. But, a part of the scripts are harder to install and might require some extra configuration on your part. This is where our Managed Services offer will help you out. It features 30 minutes of installation & problem–solving duties – it means that you can basically hire one of our practiced server administrators for half an hour and have him help you with the installation process of any kind of software app that you need. Or have him take care of a trouble that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans and it is an extra feature with the KVM VPS Plans.
